Our licensee, Chongqing Sanfeng Covanta Environmental Industry Co., Ltd., has been awarded a new contract to supply grate systems. Two combustion systems will be supplied for the waste-to-energy plant in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, which is the first waste-to-energy plant on the African continent. The grates will be manufactured in China and will use the MARTIN SITY 2000 technology. Each grate will have a throughput of 617 t/d.
