On 1 September 2025, Mr Michael Stotz joined the board of directors of MARTIN GmbH. With over 25 years of experience in international plant and mechanical engineering, he brings in-depth expertise and a clear vision to continue MARTIN's success story in the coming years.

Mr Stotz succeeds Hans Peter Holl, who will be taking well-deserved retirement in 2026 after ten successful years at MARTIN. Until 31 December 2025, Mr Holl will support Mr Stotz during the onboarding process.

As someone who has built a career in mechanical and plant engineering, my heart beats for the complexity and fascination of our industry. The growth path we are pursuing offers exactly the kind of challenges I'm looking for – and I look forward to being part of shaping the future", said Michael Stotz in his personal statement.

His goals for his first year at MARTIN are clearly defined:

• Successful onboarding and handover with the support of Mr Hans Peter Holl
• Shaping growth: establishing business structures for the expanded group of companies

Mr. Stotz holds a degree in business administration (Diplom-Betriebswirt, BA). In his private life, he is a down-to-earth family man: As a husband and father of two children, he prefers to spend his free time actively – mountain biking, hiking or travelling. Values such as openness and honesty shape not only his private life, but also his leadership philosophy.
