At the beginning of 2010 our French partner CNIM was awarded the contract to build a WTE plant in Turin / Italy by the waste management company TRM. CNIM is in a consortium with the Italian companies Unieco and Coopsette.
MARTIN will supply three reverse-acting grates, each with a throughput of 618 Mg / day and a thermal capacity of 68.75 MW. The MARTIN Infrared Combustion Control (MICC) system will be used for combustion control.
The reverse-acting grates will be delivered by May 2011 and the plant is to start up in 2012.
