29/04/2013

On 19/11/2012, the Integral-ERBUD-Introl consortium was awarded the contract by MZGOK (Konin public utility for the disposal of municipal waste) to erect a turnkey waste-to-energy plant for household waste. The plant will have a throughput of 12 Mg/h and a thermal capacity of 28.3 MW.

In a consortium with Integral, MARTIN was commissioned to supply the combustion system. This combustion system consists of one MARTIN reverse-acting grate Vario, the boiler and the SNCR system. The grate system is 4.41 m wide.

Following the planning phase in 2013, the erection of the plant will begin in March 2014 and start-up in April 2015. Acceptance by the customer is scheduled for the beginning of December 2015.

By completing the Konin order, MARTIN will erect the first reference plant in Poland.
